Steve, I agree, though the Mas Perinet was quite soft. It was the only Priorat in the store near me, so I bought it. I have several others on order. Also- we will be visiting wineries in Priorat this summer. I doubt we'll be tasting many aged wines. It's an imperfect scenario, but I don't see an alternative.
