This is too funny....everyone on both sites is waiting with baited breath. And, it's been fun to see who is who posting under their ficticious name here and the real one on ebob.

"It is sort of funny and over-whelming...especially since I use a dart board to establish the scores....since TWA is no doubt being delivered today I can't stop people from posting scores ...aalthough I wish they would refrain from doing so for 48 or so hours....but the SPECTATOR POST IS FRAUDULENT....except for the value picks of 2005,I thought most consumers had already taken a position on the highly rated wines....I can give all of you one nugget of advice....if you are sitting on stockpiles of 2005 Pichon-Lalande,I doubt you will be inviting over for dinner anytime soon....nor will the chateau..."

That said...it's been one of my favorite '05's and my second favorite after Angelus at the UGC tasting in S.F. earlier this year. It's the best Lascombes they've made yet.
I keep hearing this, and have been on the fence about buying some, so I figured what the heck and ordered some up. I just got a ship notification on it an hour after I ordered it.

I guess I'm glad I didn't buy any of the Lalande, I've always been more of a Baron fan over Lalande anyway.

Ooooohhhhhh that's gotta hurt if you've bought PLL. You've still got 4 hours to dump it!

I find it interesting that Suckling mentioned earlier this year that many of the '05s were already shutting down. Then Parker goes and does his official tasting in March, after they supposedly shut down. I've always wondered what that could do for scores.
