I am so excited, can't await the notes. Maybe we'll see a wine getting 101 points for the first time.

I don't think Ghost Horse is being reviewed.

Based on that list I presume he's releasing his final bottle scores for the 2005 Bordeaux vintage? Haven't bothered to check and didn't realize a new WA was coming out.

cb1,
Are these for real, or just guesses on your part?

Time will tell. It's either a guess, a joke or very good contacts, since the information has not yet been posted on the Parker site.

According to Bob (on his site)

Some will receive mail copies today, and the electronic version will go live 6pm tonight (although it wasn't specified eastern or pacific time).

I'm very leary of cb1's post above....especially with Lascombes at 100 pts. Not that I wouldn't be happy, but.....

It would be a suprise, but Pavie Macquin at 100pts would make me VERY happy Smile! I have 6 or 9 bottles on their way.

We shall see.

That said...it's been one of my favorite '05's and my second favorite after Angelus at the UGC tasting in S.F. earlier this year. It's the best Lascombes they've made yet.

They've sold 17 bottles in the past 30 minutes.

I think the biggest stretch on cb1’s list is La Vielle Cure at 95pts.

If you followed the one thread on eBob where he gave several letters that represented the first letters of the wines' names, many people were guessing this wine. Parker said the three wines that made up the letter combination were the elite of the QPR group.

I hope not, this is the 05 that is still somewhat affordable considering the scores.

Hi all,

Somebody is buying a load of Lascombes, it's gone from about £450 to £900 today on some websites in the UK.

Regards,
Conor

Maybe it is worth picking up two bottles. This would be the only way I could ever afford a 100 pt wine. And if it is not 100 pts, it is still a great wine according to all of the reviews.

BTW, I looked at CB1s other two posts, and they don't seem "unreasonable."
