Nice line up if you remove the domestic plunk Smile

Be careful though, you can get addicted to WineBid pretty fast.

I would be in trouble if this was available for Canadians without any hassle.

Oh boy, I WANT to be in trouble. Big Grin

They shipped my summer holdings to New Jersey last week.

I can't afford it, but I buy it anyway.

Nice haul silk. I've got about a dozen wines on hold w/them. A few are pretty fragile. I contacted them a few weeks back and asked to hold until I contact them. With cooler weather approaching I didn't want to risk them being proactive. winebid was happy to oblige.

Nice!
Not to be negative, but I live up the street from WB and it has been pretty warm here (close to 80). Be sure to check the bottles pretty carefully when they arrive.

They also ship from the suburbs of Chicago, which is probably where his shipment will go from.

I believe that they ship from Napa to Chicago in a temp-controlled van.

I can't afford it, but I buy it anyway.

Got the order this afternoon, and the bottles are nice and cool. They did ship from Illinois; of course it's cloudy and 58 degrees here this afternoon.

Silk- Keep in mind WB only combines auctions in consecutive weeks (I think you can adjust preference up to one month). I just received 11 bottles yesterday...in 4 separate boxes. Looks like you may get about 20!

My little haul included a 97 Giacosa Rocche Falleto Barolo, an 04 Kisteer Cuvee Cathleen Chard, a couple of Saxum & Carlise syrahs, some older Heitz and a .375 of 1974 BV Latour for my birthday/year next Friday!
