Came across this at a very good price...Anybody had this ? How does this compare to some of the other Spanish big guns ?

Top notch stuff. One of the all time great years and a good producer. It's a "modern" style so you get some of that lush spicy oak with some coffee over that ripe dark plummy fruit. Nose is pretty fresh too. Really nice wine and I suspect it's going to age well, unlike some.
