Congrats. Bubbles are in order next week.
Never had a Rasa. Ope to see one of these at a future offline.
Absolutely! These are meant to be shared with people who will appreciate them.
Picked up multiples of some decent QPRs.

3 x 2009 Oreno
3 x 2005 Michele Satta Piastraia
2 x 2006 Tolaini Valdisanti
1 x 2008 Tolaini Al Passo
Most excited to try the Piastraia. Never tried it before and finally found some locally. Any thoughts on it?
2x 2010 Pegau Reservee.
I had the 2008 Tolaini Al Passo with a wine rep at work and it was funky and barnyard on the nose with first opening. The funk blew off after awhile and there was some fruit but when tasted it on the next day the fruit had all dried out and it was getting astringent.I'd pop and pour it for what it is.
Tasted this at the winery last month, it was excellent!
Added two more six packs to the Bellenum order:
Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru - Les Duresses 1999
Savigny-Les-Beaune Vieilles Vignes 2002
When I saw that you had posted here I was sure it was going to be 2001 Diamond Creek Volcanic Hill...
Ha! The entire six pack of 2002 Savigny VV is less than a single bottle of Volcanic Hill. The Diamond Creek was good, but not that good.
1995 Veuve Clicquot reserve
2000 Billecart-Salmon Nicolas Francois
2002 Louis Roederer Cristal
2004 Agrapart & Fils L'Avizoise

Fair enough, that wine sure isn't cheap...

Picked up a bottle of 2009 Santa Rita Reserve cabernet for $10. If the bottle is good, I'll go buy more.
One each of the following on sale at Wine Discount Center:
2007 Schramsberg BdB
2007 Schramsberg BdN
2007 Schramsberg Rose
2007 Varner Bee Block Chardonnay

2009 Borsao Tres Picos

My fiancee went along for the ride and popped for a 2007 Beringer Private Reserve Cab.
Don't expect a lot, the medalla real is much much better for 5 bucks more.

Had the 2005 and will get some 2006 to taste soon...loved their Barbera d'Alba...
I like it. Great value for near-term Barolo drinking.
Painted Rock Red Icon 2009 x2
Wife was at a conference in Vancouver and picked a couple bottles. A lot better to pay the $55 at BC liquor than the $85 the LCBO Classic Catalogue is charging. Looking forward to seeing what the wine is like.
