*** 1995 Cinq Cepages - Drinking very nicely even after all these years.
*** 2004 Luna Cabernet - Simply superb. Wish I had a couple cases of this.
*** 2005 Lewis Cabernet - Decanted for 2 hours and it still wasn't enough. If you've got any, definitely hold for a few years.

*** 1999 Mondavi Reserve Cabernet - Good, but not great. Maybe past its prime?
*** 2005 Snowden Cabernet The Ranch - Potently delicious but needs more time in the bottle. Excellent QPR.
*** 1998 Diamond Creek Volcanic Hill - Runaway winner of "wine of the weekend" award. Just a great Cab.

*** 2000 Elderton Command - Just a great Shiraz that will only get better in a couple more years.
*** 2002 Greenock Creek Alice's - Not quite as good as the '04 but still an excellent Shiraz.
