As in wooden wine boxes? Big wine shops will give them to you, or sell for a few bucks. Cardboard 12 bottle boxes are free.

Ok, they should be pretty easy to track down. I'd call around to large wine shops in your area, or maybe some Los Angelinos can recommend? Ask for empty wooden wine cases.
