A friend of mine recently purchased a 2000 of this, and he was curious as to how long he can/should keep it. Anyone have any experience with this?

On the back label near the bottle number, there is a phone number. Call it and ask for Vince, though probably anyone answering the phone can help you. He/they will let you know how long you can keep it--they are very accomodating there.
