This is the nice thing about the "pair" from the winery. I usually start drinking some of my "Lewelling" Cabs about one year after I receive them. I have about one per year. I find they drink very nicely.

By the time I run out of Lewelling cab, it'll be year 4, and I can start trying some of the Wight cabs.

Good stuff either way.
