Been trying some of these while I can get them:

Simi Alex. Valley, J. Lohr Seven Oaks, Liberty School, Ravenswood VB, McManis(haven't opened yet, and it's the 2002)

All very good so far. I have to say the Simi was the least favorite. Other favorites?

Sebastiani AV Cab, very big. Enjoyable now but will likely do nothing but get better.
Dynamite, rustic at present, but all the pieces. Needs time.
Louis Martini, very enjoyable if a bit on the light side. Well balanced - good food wine.

2001 Cal Cabs we haven't liked.
Ravenswood VB,very simple, industrial. Not bad just not interesting.
Coppola Claret, yuck. Prunes.
Smoking Loon. Nothing interesting here.
Hahn Meritage - may have been an off bottle.
