What wineries do you believe still have waiting lists for their mailing lists besides Shafer Hillside, Screaming Eagle and Cayuse?

Just one more sip.

Kosta Browne definitely does for the SVD's but not so sure about the RRV and Sonoma. I got those in 2006 after being on for a year. Quilceda definitely has a list for the Columbia Valley, but Galitzine is available.

Kosta Browne list makes no sense. Have ordered 4 bottles a year for the past 2 years (my full allocation), but this year I was offered 2 and a new list member friend was offered 6. And their prices went up again so I opted out. Sea Smoke definately still has one, but it is worth the wait although their shipping is fairly high and they ship 6 months after they bill you for the weather.

It's already been mentioned, but I'd have to think Schrader still has a waiting list. The 2007 crop was small and allocations greatly reduced.

Leonetti. I actually waited longer to get on Leonetti's list than I did the SQN list.

Isn't Quilceda Creek in this category?

KL I know has a wait.
QC..not so sure. I got on quick a few years back, and I can't imagine that it's gotten longer.

Saxum, I am sure. Wonder if they'll drop me since didn't order this go-round (Even after I knew it was a 100-pointer! GASP!)

SQN fer sure.

Lewelling? Really?

I am a new addition to Realm, and they only offer me a couple of bottles, Tempest and Farella Cab. I do not know if that results in a waiting list or not.

True. But that doesn't change the fact that there's a waiting list to get on their mailing list. The retail prices represent significant markups over the mailing list prices. Same can be said for Quilceda Creek, Turley, Alban, SQN, and many many others.

It used to be that people wanted to spend too much on wine.

Now people don't.

Drinkward Peschon.

A few years back they didn't have a waiting list.

Now they have a waiting list for the right reason.

I've been on board all along!

SR may have a wait list, but I made the list last fall after only a 6 month wait. If they have one..its quite small

For HL, I can at least get the KL version.
