Wine spectator would be my first choice for magazine and Tanzer would be my choice for online.

We should have a Poll for accurate Fantasy football magazines.

I couldn't vote.
As mentioned WA is accurate only if toss out Australia and Spain. WS accuracy would improve by tossing out Laube and consistency improved by eliminating Steiman. Tanzer is the most consistent, but not a magazine. Decanter I can't even begin to judge because their overall palate is offset from mine in an unfathomable direction. WE overrates everything, but is useful when you take that into account.

WS is the best with Decanter a close second.

I've become more and more of a fan of Wine & Spirits. I just like the detail of their tasting notes and how they pair the wine being tasted with food. It's an enjoyable reading magazine and I've found a lot of wines via W&S that I wouldn't have otherwise.

To answer the question, one has to ask: which of the choices rate objecively.

Although Wine Enthusiast overrates Napa wines, I like that they rate by committee. If they had a little more capital to invest so they could broaden there focus, they could hang with the big boys. People can be down on WE because they dont put much effort into drinking windows. Personally, I would rather see "built for the cellar" than have to split the difference between JL's "drink now- 2010" and RP's "2012-2075"

overall, Tanzer and IWC get my vote...

from the given choices, however, I choose WS with the exception being CA, as I think Robert Parker does CA better than WS.
