When I read a reveiw and it says. 1500 cases produced, is that cases of 12 bottles like you would purchases at the store as a consumer?

Yes.

Well, at least it should be, irrespective of whether the wine is in 6pk box. Industry standard is case = 12 bottles.

Yup. Also indurstry standard when reporting production is case = 12 x 750ml. So if the wine were bottled in halfs, mags or whatever, the case production figure would represent the equivalent of 12 x 750.
