After making my first post in the buying/selling section, figured I should properly introduced myself.

Long time lurker - I have appreciated reading the insight from this forum, especially the locals in Toronto. New to the game, still learning.

Hopefully I can contribute some in the future.

How you post and look in the mirror at the same time is a talent that you should be proud of.

I have a mirror behind my screen at all times. That way my eyes barely have to move when I switch between the two.

Helps with chat roulette! Cool Popcorn

Looking forward to those mags of '08 Salon.

Welcome aboard. And yes, get to an offline.

Wow... guess I should have read more of bates40's posts.

As far as d-bags are concerned, the d-bags here are all a bunch of lightweights. Razz Worry not.

Welcome!

This thread already has components of a dysfunctional family Thanksgiving, doesn't it?

Devilish

Other words of advice:
1) Don't use the word "brooding" in your tasting notes;
2) Don't have your first 100 posts in the Buying and Selling section; and
3) Don't admit that you are an Obama fan

Good advice but I'm w g-man - a little douchebaggery from time to time adds to the charm.

This thread makes me want to introduce myself as well... I suck at tasting notes, won't post to buying/selling section, and also qualify with that third one... Atlanta is my home, and not too many offlines sadly that I can find, but I'll be watching! You guys are cracking me up.

I have been reading this forum for a bit, and always come back for more. I too look forward to learning from you!

Of this and that endeavour and dispute;
Better be jocund with the fruitful grape
Than sadden after none, or bitter, fruit.

Welcome Jcamp. These boards are certainly entertaining and informative. Keep your eyes open on the Offline thread and don't hesitate to attend an event. The TWC are a very active group with lots to offer.
