When I was out in the Valley I tried and purchased a wine called Nieman from Cladwell Vineyards. I really enjoyed it and bought a couple of bottles. I have not seen much publicity or ratings on this and was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this.

The wine is made by Drew Neiman, the assistant winemaker for Kongsgaard. He makes a cab (red blend?) from Caldwell fruit and also a syrah. Good wines, and an all around nice guy.

Rather low production too. I don't remember what Drew told me but I think somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 cases or less.
