w+a, I have not tried Genot Boulanger. This Pillot was my first En Sazenay.

We were tasting through the line up from a new importer last night that included some substantially more expensive bottles but I was so impressed with how this En Sazenay compared, I snagged their last case of 2009. I will be certain to seek out other En Sazenay in future, including Genot Boulanger if I can find it.

Well done my friend. Looks like you got back on the horse and joining the rodeo! We definitely need to find time to get together (with Mrs. Web) and have some food and wine.

Yeah, that was impulsive. I went to pick up a couple of bottles on sale and asked for a OWC and they came out with a full case and were going to crow bar it open to give me the empty case. I couldn't bear to see that happen and some voice from deep within said "don't do that, I'll take the case" Smile
Now to hide the cc bill from the wife. I think I can switch to electronic statements - haha

Next to the 1967, I think the 2001 is the best I've ever had. Great pickup and congratulations on winning the lottery.

Just one more sip.
