Just an FYI.

04 lascombes $29.99
05 lascombes $49.99

amongst others.

I prefer to think of it as post insanity return to normal prices rather than a blowout.

Looks like they've reloaded with more...quite a bit more!

This is a great price, and a great wine. For those who want to experience a great example of what the 2005 vintage is about, at a great price...this is it...

More and more these days, we have examples like this that prove how worthless futures has become! Granted...if you bought VERY early and picked up things like Latour and Lafite, you may have value right now (all because of Hong Kong). Otherwise...I won't be surprised to see many more deals down the road...

Not to mention with some of the off vintages like 2004, 2006, etc...

So much wine.....so little time!!!

Thanks! I have been waiting for a long time to see the 2005 Lascombes to come down to this price. Feeling lucky I have not bought any yet.

Will be interesting to see if this is a trend or a blip. How often does the vintage of the century get discounted? Razz
