I would decant that 1983 Mouton for at least an hour and it would naturally warm up to 65-68 degrees. It should be a very special aged Bordeaux, and a real pleasure.

I had this wine on Wed. night and it was wonderful. ( see tasting notes forum)

Latour is right on. I would open, break the neck and enjoy a white or two then enjoy your '83 Mouton as you look over the Steinberg label Big Grin
