I saw that you did a couple of your posts in Italian. I received a letter recently from Italy concerning my request to have the VAT refunded on some wine I bought in Tuscany on a recent visit. Trouble is that this letter is written in Italian. If you can help. could you shoot me an e-mail?

On the wine, you can try this http://translate.google.com./translate_t and you can just type in the italian and have it translate into English.

OTW, feel free to reply to my email to you if WW TLS' suggestion doesn't work out.

WW TLS - I tried using a couple of web-based translation services, but the letter has some governmentese expressions that don't seem to translate well.

aav28 - I didn't think of WGIT. Have you seen him recently?

Surely futronic can help and he probably has experience with the forms.
