2006 Château d'Yquem 375's for $99.97 at the North Austin Costco. I picked up 2--my first Château d'Yquem. Were still 2 left last night.

Costco in Waltham, MA has a pack of 8 Riedel Vinum Cabernet stems for $99. Compare at $177 from Riedel or around $25/stem on Amazon.

Nice. The Costco here only has the Kirkland brand stemware.

I've noticed that once they start gearing up for Christmas (about 6 weeks ago ) they tend to bring in some finer stemware.

Clos des Papes 2010 Chateauneuf-du-Pape for $108 at Costco in Waltham, MA.

The one in Kendall is supposed to be the best one in Miami-Dade, but I don't know first hand. I'm going to the one near Mall of the Americas this weekend. If I don't get stabbed, I'll report back.

Looking for value .... Trione Vineyards Russian River Pinot .... compare at $30 for 2008 .... Carlsbad CA has approx 160 left ( after I got an extra 24 ) .... Costco # 707685 ....

Not a sweet Dr. Pepper type -- just a hint of barnyard ... really nice Pinot and for $14 ( in Canada this is totally unheard of )

yes, the Costco in Kendall (120 St) has a nice selection of higher end wines. I remember from memory, Beaucastel CdP, Mondavi Cab Reserve, Opus One and others.

The one in North Palm Beach usually has a nice selection of higher end wines: usually some bordeaux and Cal. cabs.

The one in Lake Worth is also supposed to be pretty good. I haven't been done there in a long time.

I shopped there frequently in the past but not as much now. I used to trust their info cards, but after I purchased a "91 point WS" wine it turned out to actually be 88pts and have a different flavor profile (and yes I did verify vintage)... still useful for wines I know though. For new wines I am still somewhat of a point whore as I continue to learn my palate.
Oh and if you are interested check the offline thread for a MPLS offline (off-topic I know but many don't check that forum often).

Phoenix Arcadia has/had a few wines on closeout as well. Mondavi Oakville Cabernet was 29.97(I picked up the last bottles), Stags Leap Artemis Cabernet is 29.97, Andersons's Conn Valley Red for 29.97, Two Hands Gnarly and Angels Share for 19.97, as well as a few others.

The 0.97 ending usually means it's been marked down, and usually substantially. Nice one, DWG!

I picked up a bottle of 20 yr old Kirkland Speyside single malt for $45 last week. It's pretty nice, but tastes more like a 12 year speyside than a 20. I'm not going back for more, but I'll definitely run through this bottle with ease.

Closeouts are also marked by .98 now as well at Costco. At Sams its .91 :-)

Costco hwy 100 here on xenia park place in St Louis Park has 2009 Dominus for $129.99.

I found this blog, www.costcowineblog.com, almost all Costco wines are reviewed and described with tasting notes. I find it helpful and interesting.

Also Johnnie Walker Gold has been spotted in Phoenix for 39.97

Costco Paradise Valley had a couple good deals on Napa cab. 2009 Kapscandy Endre for $49.99 and 2008 Chalk Hill Estate Red for $34.97
