Did they address the screwcap issue? The original text didn't make a provision for these.

Yes.
The restaurant personnel must place "the cork in or places a cap on" the bottle. The law takes effect 7/1/06. http://mlis.state.md.us/2006rs/bills/hb/hb0517t.pdf Irwin Unless you're the lead sled dog, the view never changes. |

I bet the Japanese auto makers develop a glove box with a 750 ml insert.
