It was to be a wild summer, but just how wild I didn't know. I had been on a fishing boat off Alaska for three months. ....It was a cold night in Napa and many had gathered for a feast of good friends and spectacular wine. Some traveled from far, some from near, but all were in good spirits sparked by an intriguing anticipation of what was to unfold. I myself had just stepped off the links a few hours prior, and was a bit run down; nonetheless looking forward to the enchanted evening. Some cheese, some bubbly, and a few hours later I found myself in great spirits with a "devilish" little red head straddling my shoulders and sitting on my head!
