I have been enjoying wine for a number of years and currently rent a wine locker at a storage facility..in years past I was buying lots of cabernets and bordeaux.. with a cellar the is predominately these wines 300 bottles out 384.. My tastes have broadened so I am wanting to have a more balanced cellar to pull from. Currently I am drinking a cab based wine 1 out 4 bottles... My current consumption is 2-3 bottles per week... What size a cellar should I try to maintain to fit my consuption.. My current favored wines are red and white burgundies, nothern and southern rhones...but I am all over the map... germans, alsace, loire..I have grown partial to old world wines..I have been finding california wines over oaked these days.. any suggestions??
