If you have not gotten a mailer yet please email me. We changed over from my excel spreadsheet to quickbooks on this run, and it's possible somethings did not import right.

If I'm slow responding, it's our anniversary and my birthday and we're leaving Jerry in charge of punch downs for a couple days and going to New Orleans.
The wines this time are 2007 Uvas Creek Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007 Haut Tubee and 2008 Chaine d'Or Vineyard Chardonnay. It's the same offering that was in the futures offer for that group of people. Stef also sent confirmations of futures orders at the same time so you should have gotten those also.

It is a drink or hold for me - probably a little early but it was great and will be hard to keep my hands off.

IMO the 07 is the best yet; lovely fruit. Had it at the harvest party and it was my WOTN.
Opened an 06 last week; I think it will continue to improve for at least 2-3 years if not longer, but will never be as good as the 05 or 07.

The '06 Uvas Creek is drinking very nicely now, but will definitely benefit from time. It will definitely get better, but that hasn't kept us from popping 5 of 18! Yes, we are greedy and both on their list! LOL!
The '05 was fantastic when we last had it in a year ago. Still have 3 more, and will continue to wait.
Popped one of the '06 Santa Clara's and that too was drinking gorgeously!
Really looking forward to the '07's, and of course I went all in on futures...same with the Haut Tubee, same with the chard. I cannot get enough of these wines! 57 in stock, 30 pending from futures, and 24 consumed thus far! Life is good! Thanks again to Paul and Stef for their hard work and dedication! Love it! -mJ

I'd agree. I recently had my third bottle of this. The first two - which were clearly too young and I knew it - didn't do much for me. In fact I only grudgingly had the third bottle about 9 months after the second...what a difference 9 months made! I thought this was a beautiful wine and am looking forward to holding my other 2 or 3 bottles for a couple of years before opening. I should have known better but now I wish I hadn't started drinking these so early.
I hear ya AZCat. I actually grabbed one of these back accident back in July. Reached into the cellar thinking it was an Uvas Creek, only to get to the restaurant to see that it was Santa Clara. What a happy mistake it was! =) -mJ

Can someone please clarify the cab bottlings for me? The Stefania Uvas Cab is from Santa Clara and the other Stefania Cab is from Santa Cruz. I'm probably reading the above posts incorrectly but could references to the Santa Clara actually be referring to the Santa Cruz?

Yeah, I thought we were talking about the Santa Cruz!
The Uvas is a single vineyard in the Santa Clara Valley AVA. The Santa Cruz Mountains is a blend from the SCM AVA. And beginning with '07 there is a third Cab, the Chaine d'Or Vyd., which is the same vineyard as their Chard, up in Woodside near the summit (to be released fall '10).
