I recently picked up a new Eurocave and I think it's great. I purchased it for long term (10 years+) storage of high end wines. The shelves emit a cedary fragrance that smells great, however I don't want my wine to taste like wood. I presume the smell is the same inside the wooden cases of french wine. Anyone have any thoughts?
