Mwag, glad to hear everything is going well and that you are enjoying your triathlon efforts. IMO the most impressive feat in completing the tri- is the swimming leg. 1.2 miles would require a Herculean effort for me. I don't think I would have a problem with the distance but I could not do it with any kind of speed.

I'm sure you are enjoying the extra money you have from your decreased wine purchases. With the summer here, I am not buying much wine either. I like to ride in the evening, after dinner, which means no wine with my meal. When I'm done riding if I am going to drink anything containing alcohol it is going to be beer. So, while I am helping my cardiovascular health with increased exercise, I guess I'll need to find another source of resveratrol to make up for what I am missing because of decreased wine consumption.
