And DRAB i'm sourcing Launois as-well. And KSC02 I am watching a bottle on wine bid as we speak. Would it be fair to say between these three mentioned bottles, that if I am un-impressed I should stick to still wines?

Keep in mind, the Launois is a great wine for $35. So, if you're looking for a good inexpensive champagne, I'd say look here. It's not Salon. Then again...nothing is...

And, if w+a's list doesn't do it for you...you may want to rethink wine as a hobby! Just kidding...but not really.... Big Grin

So much wine.....so little time!!!

If any of the wines on w+a's list don't 'do it' for you, then yes, I'd stick to still wines.

BTW, you can count on w+a's recs completely. He's never steered me wrong with any wine, and especially Champagne. The man knows his Champs. Wink

Just got a six pack of Henri Abele '96 Reserve. I love this Champagne and rate it a 96. $55 a bottle.
