I was going to post this in the "What are you Listening to Now" thread:

Pietro Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana fea. Luciano Pavarotti.

The final scene of this one act play has Turiddu drinking wine with the villagers. He offers Alfio a glass, but is refused. Alfio knows Turiddu has been sleeping with his wife. So the stage is set for the duel. If you don't know what happens, listen to the play. Pavarotti is sensational.

But this brings me to the subject of this thread.

What would your last bottle of wine be, if you knew it was going to be your last bottle of wine?

Hanno ammazzatta Turiddu !!! (End)

Smart thinking on the "double magnum", sfiorare.

Let me add this. Would your last bottle be something you've had in the past and REALLY REALLY LOVED? Or would it be a wine you've never had, but would REALLY REALLY LOVE TO TRY?

And for the record, let's assume your last bottle is not corked.
