For my wife, and one of her absolute favourites: 1990 Chateau La Conseillante. I can still remember enjoying it for the first time years ago in asterixis' backyard, under the stars, enjoying wonderful cheese and crackers and sitting on a swinging bench. Nostalgia isn't what it used to be. | |||
