Name a big-chain fast food burger that's better.
I don’t do much fast food, but if I feel like a fast food type burger I’d go for the local greasy spoon over a chain. If I had to pick a chain fast food burger, I actually like the char grilled flavor of Carls Jr. over In-n-out, but it has been awhile since I have had either. In-n-out is just a tiny burger patty steamed on a hot plate and their fries are not much better. Just my opinion of course. Mrs. Glennk is actually an in-n-out burger fan. The only fast food I really crave is Chick fil-A. Something about those simple chicken sandwiches that get me….

I don't know In-n-out Burger or Carl's Jr. But if you're ever in Montreal, DicAnn's Hamburgers is a pretty unique and tasty burger (Don't forget to order Poutine with that)

Yeah, I find the truth pretty funny, too. Some people here know their wine. Your strength is fast food. I figured we'd find out sooner or later what it was.
Just one more sip.

I'll agree about Chick fil-A. The breaded deap fried BREAST is pretty awesome. I also think In-n-Out is overrated by a little, but a clear notch above BK (which, itself is a notch above McD). I don't have enough experience with Carl's Junior to have an opinion. When I do fast food it is generally of the 'upscale fast food' burrito sort. (Baja Fresh, Chipotle, etc)

It's O.K., winetarelli, if you're really a Taco Bell fan. We'll keep the flaming to a minimum...

Cool, you can now call me the Fast Food King, you have my permission. I'm sure everyone will be glad to take their burger ques from someone who's eaten about four of them in the past twenty years. But, I'm here if ya need my fast food expertise! quote: Originally posted by GlennK:

Haven't had a Chick fil-A, but people seem to like them. Back when I crushed burgers on a daily basis (high school), in-n-out was king. On the very rare occasion I eat fast food beef (I had one in '07, before that, about '92), I hold out for in-n-out on a West coast trip. Can't get them in the land of corn and soybeans. Not that I'd keep them in business!

I had the Portabello Mushroom Six-Dollar Burger last week. DELICIOUS! In-And-Out Burger is coming to the Salt Lake Valley this year and, yes, I am pleased.
