It is in the Heights, so maybe. the dining room is TINY (2 tables) and is mostly take-out or delivery.

According to a few searches, it is.

I never had an In n Out burger, but for fast food Culver's here in the Twin Cities makes a real good one.

Last night: 3" NY Sirloin from Costco (really tender and tasty) with a 2005 Martinelli Terra Felice Syrah (nice but a bit closed).

Tonight: Lamb chops with a 2004 Cain Concept The Benchland (from Fantasy Football winnings)
