Totally agree. Something I didn't eat when I lived in SoCal and now cannot live without. It has to have heat though... Cool

I had never been exposed to curry growing up, ever. I took off to London after graduating from college and fell in love with curry, and continue to enjoy it today.

A properly prepared Vindoloo will will always have heat aplenty. It'll give anybody a good hurt sweat. Wink

Chicken vindoloo, normal naan and rice. Cobra beer.

Not sure if I'm getting soft or the chef tonight is a masochist, but I found myself wiping tears from my eyes & sniffling half way through.
WOW!

Spent a few days in Sedona and the surrounding area:

Day 1
Lunch at In-and-Out Burger Big Grin
Double-double with grilled onions and fries of course
Dinner at Dahl and Diluca (highly recommended if going to Sedona)
Appetizer: Olive Fritte (deep fried olives filled with cheese served with lemon aioli)
Caesar salad
Melanzane alla Parmigiana (their thinly sliced version of eggplant parmesan with housemade linguini)

Day 2
Brunch at El Rincon in Tlaquepaque (NOT recommended)
Glowing green guacamole
Chicken taco salad
Dinner at Barking Frog (I would rather starve than eat here again)
Buffalo wings
Fire roasted vegetable quesadillas
Chickent tortilla soup
Unnoteworthy lime marinated flat iron steak with saffron rice and black beans

Day 3
Lunch at Cowboy Club
Onion rings
Buffalo chili
Dinner at Cuchina Rustica (Dahl and Diluca's Mediterranean and Italian sister restaurant)
Calamari fritti (Roman style fried calamari with chipotle aioli and marinara sauce)
Caesar salad
Papardelle Angelica (fresh ribbon pasta with jumbo prawns, tomato, garlic, lemon, white wine, argula, and chile flakes)
Creme brulee

You went to Sedona and ate at In-and-Out Burger? Roll Eyes Well, at least you got to tell us you went to Sedona.

Stir-fried steak with scallions here. It's no In-and-Out Burger, but it'll do.

Just one more sip.
