Roast Chicken with Herbs de Provence. Fire roasted white corn. Saffron Rice.

N. Atlantic wild. Marinaded in a mix of ginger, bourbon, sweet soy and olive oil for 20 minutes. Grilled on cedar planks and then a spritz of lemon juice at the end. Not quite CRS but still pretty darn good.

Saturday night - jambalaya. Last night I manned the grill for 16 golfers and their families after our third annual "Spittoon Cup" tournament. 10 tri-tips, hot links, chicken/apple sausages, hot dogs, U-15 prawns, and lots of salads and sides....

Wo-Hop! Love the place. I thought of it for an offline, but we don't have enough people for their private room and I'm sure they'd rush us. I have a Wo-Hop T-shirt. I've brought Champagne there in the past.
Just one more sip.
