N. Atlantic wild.

Marinaded in a mix of ginger, bourbon, sweet soy and olive oil for 20 minutes. Grilled on cedar planks and then a spritz of lemon juice at the end.

Not quite CRS but still pretty darn good.

Saturday night - jambalaya.

Last night I manned the grill for 16 golfers and their families after our third annual "Spittoon Cup" tournament. 10 tri-tips, hot links, chicken/apple sausages, hot dogs, U-15 prawns, and lots of salads and sides....

Wo-Hop! Love the place. I thought of it for an offline, but we don't have enough people for their private room and I'm sure they'd rush us. I have a Wo-Hop T-shirt. I've brought Champagne there in the past.

Just one more sip.

Spent the weekend in Palm Desert with Mrs. Glennk and a close friend and his gf. Saturday night at a local Mexican restaurant I had a carne asada chimichanga with fresh guacamole made tableside and a classic margarita and a pacifico. Sunday night out at the Yard House I had seared ahi over mixed greens and a soy/lime dressing. Surprisingly good. Stone pale ale and Redhook ESB were the beers of choice. Yesterday on the way home we stopped at In-N-Out for a dub dub animal style. As I have said before, I’m not as crazy about in-n-out burger as most, but it was still pretty darn satisfying. Last night at my mom’s house, roast chicken, potatoes, broccoli and raspberry pie for dessert.

I have been back in CA for 7 days and have probably gained 10 lbs!!!
