Just picked garden greens, crusty bread from Essential Baking.
Barefoot with shorts and short sleeves on the deck.
What a great time to be alive!
80+ degrees in our fair city doesn't hurt either! Sounds great, pape du neuf. In fact, we had halibut on Monday night (grilled, with grilled asparagus and kous kous). Yum.
Cheers!

Penne with homemade white pesto sauce and chicken. Probably shouldn't have had wine with dinner since I donated blood but oh well. The 2004 Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir paired nicely.

kmark7- sounds good! I'm a big fan of pesto. Can I ask how you prepared the white pesto sauce?

Finally got to check out Sambrero Fest (Thursdays from 4-8) at Restaurant Limon Plasir in Montreal.
I was errant in stating that it was all-u-can-eat & drink for $20. It was just all the margaritas you can drink for $20 and it came with a very well prepared chicken tacos dish.
Of course you order the appetiser of Guacamole & chips (excellent) and the Lime Pie for dessert (wow) and you're at $75 for two people.
Still a pretty enjoyable evening with warm weather. BTW: I slowed way down on the margaritas when I hit 5. Man, they're good!

It must of been the pie that "slowed" you down!
