I am having a discussion at the moment about wether the cooking term regarding flattened pieces of chicken/veal is termed paillard or palliard. Everything on the net points to paillard, however my friend is adamant that in Larousse it states Palliard. I have no access to a copy of Larousse, any help????
Thanks

Thanks Board-O,
I think maybe my friend could be the true meaning of the word palliard.
