May be they are too busy to have a restaurant but the service and the welcome can be improved.Furthermore on May 6th 2004 a third of our 50 people group got intoxicated after a very good lunch....May be they don't have also the time to wash their hands.None of that is acceptable in a culinary institute.

Uro, um, not sure what you're saying....

1/3 of your group got intoxicated after a very good lunch because they don't wash their hands there? What sense does that make?

Did you mean to say that they got sick or something? Like, because of bacteria?

Because, for me, a very good lunch and intoxication practically belong together. Smile

Uro,

I really hate to burst your sanitary bubble, but I would say most food handling workers don't really wash their hands all that often. And most strains of bacteria are killed off when exposed to high temperatures...such as getting grilled, or baked, or fried.
