Impressive grill lineup there. Nice!

Thanks Smile

Our kitchen is still under renovations and we had a friend over for dinner. He and I ran to the store with on criteria: things that are great on the grill. That led to 1 nice looking porterhouse (on sale!), a duck breast, and 9 lamb rib chops (as well as bison steaks that we didn't cook as the other foods were plenty!). It was fun as we each got to sample a few different things and see how they went with each wine.

That said:

Saturday dinner: Went to Fleming's
Sunday Dinner: Left over Fleming's steak, bison ribeyes (grilled), take-out pasta carbonara, and a '99 Bartoli Giusti Brunello.

It was a good weekend Smile
