Copper River Salmon matched with a bottle of 2004 Rochioli RRV West Block Pinot.

Last night on my way home, I stopped by my local taco truck and had a few tacos carnitas with a Mexican Coca-Cola. Say what you want, but it tastes great, fills a niche in the community, and sometimes it's great to just eat like one of de peeples.

Temps reached 100 yesterday so no mood for anything heavy:
- tossed green salad
- tomato slices & buffalo mozzarella
- prosciutto & melon
- hard salami and crunchy bread

Tomato from a local farm (no recall on these).
