Last night was May. Or were you still picking at the plate at midnight? Cool

I think I may have still been sipping on the wine watching sportscenter at midnight. Does that count? Wink

Nice! I prefer Sockeye over King myself. I like the robust flavors.
Of course, my bad, I'd been thinking sockeye, and tried to write chinook, which is the same as King of course.

Last night, grilled farmer's market asparagus, homemade Greek salad, pasta with homemade red sauce and, chilis and grilled shrimp. And, homemade key lime pie for dessert! Mmmmm! It was a busy afternoon in the kitchen.

New BBQ place opened near my house so I had to try it yesterday. Not surprisingly, I was disappointed. Laguna Beach and BBQ just don’t go together.

I traveled a lot for my last job and the bar for good BBQ is set to high after all the amazing BBQ I’ve had in Dallas, Austin, Houston, Memphis, etc. Frown
