Real food and wine is my wine philosopy. Meaning good wine that is not so expensive that you can drink with a week night dinner. I think so many people are intimidated by wine abd food pairings because they feel that their food is not fancy enough and the wine not expensive enough. What about a $15.99 bottle of 2004 Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon and a juicy steak?

What difference does it make? Don't you drink Merlot with brownies?

Just one more sip.

Just once. But it does make a difference in the minds of individuals who want to get into the world of wine. And the brownies were dessert and I wanted to see what it would taste like. Just think if things were more relaxed folks could embrace wine.
