I am going to have one of the following three dishes tonight and need some help with a wine choice. This is on the company dime, so I am not bringing anything from my cellar other than a Sauternes. Please give me some ideas. Thanks!

Waterboy Cassoulet: Duck Confit, Braised Pork, Garlic Sausage & White Beans with Breadcrumbs & Herbs 20.5

Mix Grill of Lamb, Sweetbreads and Pancetta with Anson Mills Polenta, Braised Chard, Grilled Onions, Caramelized Turnips & Balsamico 22.0

if i had the cassoulet and looking at their list, this is what i would order: Domaine du Pegau,CDP 02.

gotta say that i am surprised they do not have more Rhones on their list
