I have booked 3 reservations, but have only 2 nights in San Francisco itself, so one needs to be cancelled.
I have
Rubicon
Fifth Floor
Michael Mina

They are all first class places, but help me with making a choice.

To be perfectly honest...

Boulevard
Ame
Fleur de Lys
La Folie
The Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton
Gary Danko
Coi (by reputation)

are all probably better restaurants, with the first two in the price range of Rubicon, the rest in the price range of Mina.

Myth is less expensive than any of the restaurants you mention but also probably better.

All of that said, Mina is the best restaurant on your list, and deffinitely cancel Rubicon.

You didn't say what days you're there but The Boulevard serves lunch Mon-Fri. If that doesn't work, other great places for lunch are Slanted Door, Brandy Ho's (bring your own wine) and Taylor's Refresher.

Rubicon is a joke. Ditch it. Not even close to the quality of the other 2 on your list or most of the ones on winetarelli's list. (While I enjoy Boulevard for what it is, I wouldn't put it on a list of places to go if one needed to pare down to only 2 dinners.)

Hi,

Just came back. Gary Denko absolutely yes, and I would recommend Kokkari
One place to skip is Frisson, emphasis is on trend not food, and Myth was good. Harris was a bit disappointing.

Have a great time no matter where you go. Enjoy safe travels.
