Ok. Having been a carb averse person often in the past 5 years, I'll offer this suggestion.

There are NO ALTERNATIVES to mashed potatoes. Eat your spuds and hit the road and burn them off. Dammit. Cool

It finally hit 65 degrees here in Mpls today so I'm gonna get the weber out and grill some thick center cut pork chops. I'm gonna grill some veggies and my roomate steve is gonna make some baked beans. Smile
