I am watching.
That guy that wears his hat to the side is an idiot. I did not watch this show last season and I am amazed at how much that guy cusses. Its like he (Ramsey) sees himself as the Seargent in Full Metal Jacket. I usually try not to watch this kind of crap, but its so obnoxious and disasterous, I can't help myself.

Funny you should say that. Very, very funny.
Just one more sip.

Yeah ok, it's trashy. But still entertaining in a trainwreck sort of way. I've been wondering all year who's going to be the next Dewberry. Ramsey screams more than most, but anyone who's worked a restaurant knows that's par for the course. I was pulling for that Heather gal from the moment I saw her. She exhibits a REAL kitchen demeanor.

not a good sign that they've had two episodes and two trips to the hospital. The cast seems much weaker in their cooking this season. Last season there were some good cooks, experienced at least. You didn't see people using stoves as hand rails, or not paying attention when an order is called. Even Dewberry knew what to do, he just couldn't do it under pressure.

These people suck at cooking.

I'll watch anything with Ramsay on it, especially the uncensored Nightmares. Though I was seriously peeved that Fox switched it to Channel 36 and showed the effing rounders instead. TiVo will only pick up time changes, unless you program by keyword it won't record on other channels, damn it. Fortunately I was able to BitTorrent last night's episode. This year's crowd were rubbish compared to last year. I pity the casino that's sponsoring it, I wouldn't trust any of them. Heather looks favourite, but she's seriously lacking imagination or creativity. Did anyone see the US Iron Chef with Ralph, last year's HK runner up taking on Bobby Flay?

I'm betting there's a clause in the winner's contract that they have X amount of time to show a pre-agreed upon profit for the Red Rock restaurant, or they get the axe. In Vegas? My guess would be 3 months, tops.
