It was mongolian grill tonight: a combination of noodles, a little chicken, beef, sausage, imitation crab meat, tofu, and broccoli...only soy sauce as seasoning...mmmm

Smoked a rack of ribs on the BBQ last night. Baby red potato salad to go with. Smile

My Dad's up for dinner tonight, so here's the menu:

Shrimp cooked in olive oil, with a little chambers muscat, garlic, italian parsley,a dash of white pepper, and lemon juice. Zuchinni and crook neck squash cooked in butter and oregano. Cous cous with toasted pinenuts.

last night at brothers restaurant at mattei's tavern:
after hitting gainey, melville, sanford & lafond wineries, seems i (barely)remember alot of lamb chops, pork chops & wild salmon......
