This is one of the city's great classical French restaurants. Food and service were truly impeccable. Georges, the owner, provided us with a stunningly appointed private room for our offline and with an excellent staff. The wine list is excellent but we brought our own. Corkage is normally $25, but Georges dropped it to $15 for us. We've dined at this restaurant several times and been thoroughly pleased every time. This is a true gem.

How does one get in on an offline. I am on Long Island, I have a nice collection and would enjoy getting out there with others to enjpy some good wine. TO sweeten the ante I will bring a first growth with me to my first off line in addition to anything else that is needd.
By the way, you must be so proud of of your son asking for a case of wine.

dd, keep an eye on the offline forum. We don't have a lot of them, but we try to do it up nicely. For several reasons, we kept this one small, but most of them have larger numbers of people. We'd love to have you join us.

Just one more sip.
