It doesn't bother me, but I might feel odd buying some though.

Would you buy one if it said "Wifey Wifey" and the packaging showed fig halves?

Doesn't bug me any either. I question them using a flavor that includes fudge but I am not their target market. Moo
Your share of the national debt has increased by $6,180 from 10/1 - 9/30/09. Have you told your kids and grand kids they will be paying back your share in addition to their own?

Ditto. Sounds like a tasty ice cream, and I'd have no problem buying it. But, I can't see many stores carrying it where I live, .

I think that it is unfortunate that it isn't being nationally distributed. I would buy some to support a cause I believe in, and I'd have a good excuse to get it past my wife who seems to think that I have an ice cream problem.

It sounds pretty tasty. I think the pretzels are a nice touch.

Those links are hard to see.
I thought you meant to type Chubby Hubby, which I never eat because I don't want to be one.
Other than that, just about anything fundamentalists are against, I'm for.

I'm not bothered by it but it doesn't sound like I would like it.

Watch out, Bigfoot.
Salt is an appetite stimulant. Combined with the fat load, you've got the slow acting heart attack machine.

Rothko, Touche! Served with a delicate basil cream sauce... What would you pair that with?

I prefer to think of salt as a thirst-stimulant. Besides, that's why I spend many hours in the gym. My payback for enjoying a few of life's pleasures. Maybe I should add a tag line: "I dirnk, therefore I work out." What do you think?

Is it ironic that this ice cream tastes...salty?

Ben and Jerry's has, as a brand, always spoken out about liberal issues that they believe in. It doesn't appear to have hurt their sales too much, but for those who would choose not to buy their products because of the views that they support, I would think that that ship had sailed long ago. I respect this model, they say what they believe in and they make a quality product. They don't shy from the controversy. Good for them, it seems to be working out.
In an interesting aside, when I saw this I actually thought that they were a couple. I said as much and my wife told me that I was wrong. I was.

A strong second to this (except the ice cream problem :-)). Way to go T&J!
