1. Celery soup - 2001 D'Arenberg The Dead Arm Shiraz
2. Seared foie gras with pear and passion fruit glaze, over "orange french toast" brioche, over mache and balsamic glaze salad. - 2003 Torre di Luna Pinot Grigio
3. 4oz Seared "rare" Kobe beef filet mignon with porcini mushroom veal sauce and sauteed spinach - 2002 Brander Sauvignon Blanc
4. Flash seared gold flake ahi "Toro" sashimi with extra habanero spicy ginger soy sesame sauce . - 1985 Krug, Champagne
5. Lemongrass sorbet - 2001 Neal Family Cabernet Sauvignon.

I really should have titled this post "(Hypothetical) Dinner With Poorly Chosen Wine."
I noticed I left out #6. GreenDrazi's gum and coke will work just fine. Big Grin
