I made chicken Marsala and steamed veggies for dinner on Saturday. It turned out really good. And again, it's such an easy recipe.

Go HOKIES!!!

Friday night at Nana's in Dallas (disappointing experience):
1st course: Texas Greens with Barbecue Lentils & Feta Cheese...very plain salad
2nd course: Grilled Kobe Flat Iron Steak with Glazed Carrots, Crushed Fingerling Potatoes, Foamy Bearnaise Sauce Seared...tenderness did not exist with this piece of meat
3rd course: Tropical Fruits with Thai Tea Ice Cream and Coconut Granite...this was the best of all three courses

Portions were small enough to feed a child

Last night:
Ribeye, shoestring potatoes, corn

Just finished:
a Philly cheesesteak from Philly (thanks Mom!) It was so freakin good!
